ADHDO Pty Ltd (ACN 668 885 989, ABN 40 668 885 989) trading as Mockstar ("Mockstar", "we", "our", "us") operates the web application available at mockstar.co (the "Service"). Our registered office is 81-83 Campbell Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, Australia.
By creating an account (including via Google or LinkedIn OAuth) or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally entitled to enter into this Agreement.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hi@mockstar.co of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to monitor transcripts and other user-generated media for compliance and to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
All content, software, and trademarks on the Service are owned by Mockstar or its licensors. Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial interview practice.
You grant Mockstar an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your voice, video, transcripts, resumes, cover letters, feedback, and profile images (including OAuth profile pictures from Google, LinkedIn, or other providers) to develop, train, and improve Mockstar's AI interview technology, including but not limited to: (a) improving your interview practice experience, (b) developing new interview features and avatars, and (c) creating AI interview solutions that may be offered to other users or organisations.
Mockstar retains ownership of all AI-generated feedback, reports, and analysis. Your payment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to view, save, and use this content for your own interview preparation. You may not distribute, resell, or commercially exploit AI-generated content.
The Service is not available in countries subject to US sanctions and other territories as designated by OFAC. We operate at our sole discretion and reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or discontinue service in any jurisdiction without notice or obligation to provide alternative access. We are under no obligation to make the Service available in all countries or territories.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters not subject to arbitration.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination: (a) your access to the Service ends immediately, (b) unused Credits are forfeited, and (c) we may retain interview data for AI training purposes. You may appeal termination decisions by contacting hi@mockstar.co within 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including uptime guarantees. We do not guarantee job offers, interview outcomes, or avatar accuracy. This is a practice tool for your own preparation, not for use during actual interviews. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mockstar and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) AUD$100 or (b) the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify Mockstar against all claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

We rely on Legitimate Interest to process and retain interview data to develop and improve AI interview technology and operate core service functions including generating your reports and feedback. Data retention enables continuous AI improvement, development of new interview features, and creation of AI interview solutions. By creating an account, you acknowledge and agree to this processing. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Data may be transferred to countries outside Australia. We use contractual safeguards where required.
We retain all Interview Data indefinitely unless deletion is required by applicable law.
Data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Stored media is encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel.
